Twelve Lalitpur schools receive Green School awards
Eco-clubs that went plastic-free, composted their waste and planted school gardens were recognised by the municipality.
Twelve community schools from the Hariyo Vidyalaya network received Green School awards at a ceremony hosted by Lalitpur Metropolitan City.
The awards recognise schools that have kept their campuses plastic-free for a full academic year and run active eco-clubs and gardens.
